Dear Pelham Middle School Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to inform you that, on December 12 and 13, we will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences. This year, conferences will be held both in person and virtually, as follows:
Thursday, December 12 - 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - virtual conferences,
5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - in person conferences
Friday, December 13 - 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - virtual conferences,
1:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. - virtual conferences
Conference sessions are seven minutes long. As they are scheduled back to back, please do not extend your session past your scheduled time. In order for parents to have adequate opportunity to meet their child’s teachers, please schedule conferences only when you have a concern or question regarding your child’s learning. Please note that, in order to facilitate conferences, students will be dismissed at noon on December 12 and there will be no classes for students on December 13.
We will be using the Meet the Teacher application for booking appointments and for virtual conferences. You may begin to sign up for conferences starting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21. The sign up application will close at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11. Please read the attached guides for information on how to book your appointments and participate in virtual conferences:

If you do not have access to the internet, please call the middle school main office at (914) 738-8190 and we will do our best to assist you.
We feel strongly that, in order to ensure positive student performance, parent-teacher communication is critical. Individual conferences, phone calls, and emails are always available and may be initiated by parents, teachers, counselors, or administrators at various times throughout the year. The next date for Parent-Teacher Conferences is March 13, 2025 and will be by invitation only.
