Pelham Middle School
Eighth grade social studies classes donned their WWI garb for a visit to the memorial tablet in the high school to pay their respects as they learned about Veteran's Day and its connection to World War I.
Organized by the student government, Pelham Middle School students collected and donated new books and pajamas as part of the Pajama Program initiative to help those in need in Westchester.

Seventh grade science students participated in a workshop with Jackie Meier, a local artist specializing in geometric abstraction, who talked about her art, process, and influences, and made connections between physics, biology, ecology, and the arts, before leading students in creating their own geometric abstractions using the metric units they had learned in class.
